The Bailey Group
Trust and belonging are the foundation of The Bailey Group and its growth.
When I first started my own business, I had so many questions and uncertainties, and I didn’t know who I could reach out to for advice. Eventually, I met other solopreneurs in the accounting and finance industries who were in various stages in their careers. We started out small, emailing questions and individually getting together when we could. Word started to spread and suddenly, I was faced with a decision: continue to engage individually with my colleagues, or step up and form a group where we could mutually share in each other’s experiences. With a lot of encouragement from my friends and colleagues, I formed The Bailey Group. We are now a collaborative network where members share ideas, best practices, preferred vendors, and trusted referrals. We stay connected through regular group emails and quarterly meetings (with a mix of in-person and online attendees).
My favorite part of the group is seeing new connections being made, and how we all support each other. Members are firm owners and independent advisors who provide a wide range of professional services, including bookkeeping, outsourced accounting, fractional CFO and controller services, tax preparation and advisory services, state and local tax compliance, business valuations, forensic accounting, as well as HR solutions and coaching for accounting professionals.
